Description

The base of each of my herbal balms is natural beeswax from my partner, Mr Pete’s bees. Other ingredients include a wonderful selection of natural oils, homemade flower infused oils, butters and essential oils.

While there is flavour, particularly with the peppermint, I have been mindful to create a product which is healing for lips. All my Lip Balm range has been created with healthy lips in mind. For example, in the Mango and Coconut Butter balm the jojoba and coconut oils moisturise dry and chapped lips while Mango Butter offers a small amount of protection from UV radiation. The Apricot Oil in Sweet Orange is excellent for mature and sensitive skin. I have been mindful not to overuse essential oils, which may taste good, but can make dryness worse by licking off flavour.

I have created four varieties – Peppermint Ice, Coconut and Mango Butter, Sweet Orange and Choc Mint. The Choc Mint is a bit of fun. It allows a little indulgence – you can enjoy chocolate on your lips without it going on your hips 😉
